Saru's design pays homage to Japanese minimalism, emphasizing clean lines and modern decor. The apartment measures 70 square meters with one bedroom, one bathroom, and 2 balconies.
 
The entrance leads directly to the open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen comes fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The kitchen island protruding from the wall is connected to a custom-built dining table, made by a local carpenter. The living area is composed of a lounge area and a dedicated work space with a private desk.
 
There is a small balcony from which the sun illuminates the space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private balcony. The closet space is next to the bathroom, which comes with a shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. 
 
 *This Ukio apartment can be booked for a period of one month and up to ten months.
*Pets are welcome, but a fee may apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.
*We cannot be held responsible for any noise (construction or street noise) outside the apartment. We also cannot be held responsible for rooms without air conditioning (all rooms with air conditioning will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any cancellation or refund request related to these two issues.
