The Space

BED CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1: En suite with a king bed, smart TV, full-length mirror, storage, and balcony access with city views.

Bedroom 2: King bed with storage and balcony access.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds with ample storage.

Living Room: Large L-shaped sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two.

LIVING AREA:
The open-plan living area is decorated to a high standard and includes a 55-inch smart TV and a convertible pool table, which can also be used for ping pong or as a dining table. It’s a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying some friendly competition.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for short or long stays, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and drying rack. Whether you’re cooking or ordering in, this kitchen is set up for convenience.

BALCONIES & CITY VIEWS:
Enjoy panoramic views of Manchester’s skyline from the lower and upper balconies, perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind.

PERFECT FOR GROUPS & LONGER STAYS:
With plenty of space and amenities, this apartment is ideal for families, groups, and long-term guests.

HOUSE RULES:
To ensure everyone’s comfort, please observe the following:

- No parties, smoking, or loud noise. Guests will be removed from the property for any breaches of these rules.

- Quiet hours start at 9 pm to respect our neighbours.

- No pets allowed to maintain a clean environment.

- Check-in after 3 pm and check-out by 11 am to allow for thorough cleaning.

The apartment block contains CCTV in common areas and  a ring doorbell by the front door for added security. Additionally, a noise decibel monitor helps us maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours.

CHECK-IN DETAILS:
Self-check-in is available anytime after 3 pm via Lockbox.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
