Sunshine Terrace features a large open plan kitchen, dining and living space that is ideal for socialising and chilling out in the day time. The living room has a modern sofa bed that can be easily turned into an extra double bed. The thoughtful double floor installed could be closed /locked, along with the blackout blinds which protect the privacy and separate the kitchen and living room space at night time.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal to dine in and laundry facilities to clean and dry clothes.

There is a one WC on the ground floor and 2 stylish bathrooms including an en-suite shower room attached to the master bedroom.

There are 2 spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom upstairs all provided with quality linen and towels and throws for added comfort There are workspaces and smart TVS in the 2 bigger bedrooms with complimentary Netflix. In the single bedroom a peaceful corner is purposefully created for guest to relax.

The private outdoor space has bistro seating to enjoy your relaxing morning coffee or evening drinks.

All areas of the property are maintained to a high standard for you to enjoy.

Sunshine Terrace is off the main roads (i.e. Stockpot Road and Oxford Road) that directly connected to motorways.   The house is less than a 5 minutes bus ride from Piccadilly train station or Oxford Station. 192 Bus is at the door stop to Manchester city center or Stockpot.
