This apartment is characterized by having been renovated (in the bathroom and kitchen) in 2020. The apartment is also characterized and equipped with the air conditioning system, for the double exposure and for being very quiet since the views are on internal courtyards. This 40 sqm apartment opens onto the living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher as well as an extendable table for six people. A short corridor that includes a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet separates the living area from the bedroom which includes a French double bed (140cm x 190cm), a two-seater sofa, a bookcase, a TV area and a chest of drawers.

Cancellation Policy

  • 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 72 hours or 3 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 6th September then gives notice on the 5th September, then 1 days notice has been given and a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
