Villa Makata 1- Katamanda is situated nearby Kata Beach making your stay even more enjoyable. This stylish villa in Phuket has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. A master room and two guest bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The master room and one of the guest bedrooms contain a king-size bed while the third guest room contains twin beds. All the rooms contain luxurious spacious bathrooms with a rain shower with the master room even containing an outdoor bathtub.
The indoor living area contains a comfortable lounge with Balinese furniture with a dining table that can seat up to 6 people. With a modern kitchen, fully equipped for your stay to assist you in making the perfect dish. A large flat-screen TV is also present.
The outdoor area has the villa's private pool with a seating area.
You can also access the estate clubhouse, with facilities such as a fitness centre, tennis court, café and swimming pool.
Cancellation Policy
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 63
days before the start of the rental period. - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 32 and
62 days before the start of the rental period. - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and
31 days before the start of the rental period. - For no-show: 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
