Our City Wall House Aparthotel is based in the very centre of Reading offering a selection of studio, one and two bedroom fully furnished serviced apartments, all with free unlimited WiFi and a lift to all floors. These serviced apartments are in the heart of Reading’s thriving town centre and are a 10-minute walk from both the train & bus stations and a 3-minute walk to the nearest NCP car park located within Broad Street Mall. Newly refurbished, these serviced apartments offer contemporary living in the heart of the town centre.

The open plan living areas have comfy sofas/chairs, flat screen TVs with free Sky comprehensive package and a dining table and chairs. 

The kitchens are fully furnished and equipped with modern cooking and laundry facilities including; an oven, hob, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. 

The bedrooms include flat screen TVs, double beds, fresh linen, bedside tables, hairdryer and fitted wardrobes. Bathrooms are finished to a high standard and include separate shower and bath facilities (in the two bedroom apartments), as well as towels and miniature toiletries.

A weekly housekeeping service comes as standard after a 7-night consecutive stay, providing an uplifting clean and provision of fresh towels and bed linen.

These Reading serviced apartments have no car parking facility; however, upon request, we may be able to arrange secure gated parking 5 minutes away at our Stanshawe Court property. The closest NCP car park is a 3-minute walk away located on Broad Street Mall.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation available in line with our cancellation policy stated below.

For bookings of 1-6 nights, notice is required by 2pm, 3 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.

For bookings of 7-28 nights, notice is required by 2pm, 7 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.

For bookings of 29+, notice is required by 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival/departure date if guest is in-house.

All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.

Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.

Please note if you have booked on a non-refundable rate then you will need to pay the full amount of the booking for any cancellation.
