Cancellation Policy
Upon booking guests will be required to pay a non refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total amount or 50% of 30 days which ever is less the fuill amount or 30 days fee is payable 30 days before arriving. Any quests staying longer then 30 days will be required to pay monthly payments must be made 10 days before the sequential months start
