The downstairs 2 bed apartment has ensuites for each bedroom and a generously-sized open plan kitchen and living space. 


All bedrooms also have smart TVs, access to Netflix (log in required), ITV hub and BBC Iplayer. 
An open plan kitchen-diner on the first floor allows guests to cook with all equipment included. There is also a dining table which will comfortably seat 4, with additional seating at the breakfast bar if required for larger groups. 
On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower, WC, sink and towel rail.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
