Each room also offers a stunning view of the historic Neuer Markt and several services like daily cleaning, breakfast, butler etc are provided. The common area serves as a dining/living room for the group with hand crafted breakfast saloon and furniture. All furniture and fittings are prepared specifically for each room, none of them are purchased ready made, great detail has been taken to prepare each piece in rich details and in the right proportions.

The Opera and St Stevens Cathedral are both a couple of minutes walk away as are several of Vienna's most important sights and monuments. The location and view of the Imperium Residence is incomparable, located in the heart of Vienna at the historic Neuer Markt and in a building originally owned by the aristocratic Schwarzenberg family. Prince Schwarzenberg was born in the same building in the year 1771.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
