Number 76 is a ground floor two bedroom apartment, with a lounge dining area for 4 people. High speed internet is available throughout the property and the heating system is controlled by a Genius system, so the property is lovely and warm.
You enter into the beautifully decorated living/dining area, which has cable TV as standard. The corridor leads down to each bedroom, which both have a super-king size zip-link bed, which can be separated upon request.
Leading on there is a bathroom with shower over head, and then at the end of the hallway, there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the main appliances and cookware you would expect from home which completes the layout.
Towels and bedding are provided.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
