25% of the total booking amount is refundable if a stay is cancelled between 14 days to 29 days to arrival.
50% of the total booking amount is refundable if a stay is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
75% of the total booking amount is refundable if a stay is cancelled between 31 days to 45 days prior to arrival.
Non Refundable for the stay dates falls under event days like Arab Health, Guf Food, GITEX, EID, Christmas and New Year.
