The main living area of the two bedroom apartment is spacious, open plan with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a very comfy corner sofa from which to relax and enjoy the use of a large flat screen Smart TV with Freeview, plus a large dining table and chairs to entertain guests. The bedrooms are on the lower floor; bedroom one is near the family bathroom with shower over the bath. Finally, the impressive master bedroom has a large ensuite shower room and access to the private terrace.
The one bedroom apartments are well presented to optimse on the space, with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, with the bathroom off the main hallway. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. The apartment on the 7th floor has a marina/river view from bedroom and the living room.

Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
