Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.

This beautifully appointed and modern 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom duplex penthouse is on the fourteenth floor of this new residential building on the popular Ipswich Waterfront. The apartment has been designed to maximise the stunning views from every window, across the marina as well as the town. The area is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s a short walk to the main town centre area and the business district, as well as ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14).
The apartment has huge amounts of natural light and benefits from a large terrace and wrap around balcony off the living area, as well as further two balconies on the lower floor - so there is plenty of outdoor space from which to soak up the fabulous views.
It has been furnished to a very high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The 'upstairs' living space is open plan with a comfy three-seater sofa plus chair and large flat screen Smart TV with free to air terrestrial channels provided and the facility for you to view your own streaming content. The kitchen is off the main lounge area where there is also a breakfast bar with two comfortable bar 'chairs'. The main access to the terrace is just outside the lounge area, the top of the internal staircase, and has dining table and chairs for six people and views overlooking picturesque Ipswich Marina.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe, drawer units and a desk/dressing table with stool. There is an ensuite shower room with toilet, basin and heated towel rail. This bedroom has a balcony overlooking the waterfront and blackout curtains to the dual aspect windows.
The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lamps, drawer unit and hanging rail, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom has two twin beds, bedside unit and lamp, wardrobe and drawer units, and blackout curtains.
The main family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The apartment also has a separate study/office complete with desk, chair, shelving unit and it's own balcony with waterfront view.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with a parking space in the secure 'stacker system' car park. Please note that this is only suitable for 'normal' vehicles up to the size of a Range Rover or similar. Long Wheel Base vehicles or those over 2m in height will need to make their own parking arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
