The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, which if necessary can be made into a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has 3 single beds which can be arranged as a king-size and a single if necessary.
There are two bathrooms in the house, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub with a showerhead, while the bathroom downstairs has a shower and no bathtub, both bathrooms have toilets and sinks.
The kitchen is downstairs which comes fully equipped with utensils and other kitchen appliances such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, etc...
There is a TV in the living room, along with the internet router.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
