These apartments in Birmingham are in a unique Grade 11 Listed building right in the heart of the Business District in the City Centre.

Each one of the 31 apartments are bespoke. There are 3 types of one bedroomed Deluxe (standard) Premium (Mid Range) Luxury (Top range) apartments. Two Bedroomed apartments are all Luxury. Decorated to a very high standard, sleep in style and confidence. Please be aware that not all apartments have fully equipped kitchens. Kitchen types may vary.

 

Please note that all Guest must be 24+. No children are allowed. 

ID will be required at the time of check in. (Only passport and drivers license can be accepted) 

 

Disclaimer: Deluxe apartments are suited to shorter stays as they are smaller but please ask for further details if in doubt of what to book.

Cancellation Policy

(1 week)7 days notice is required for cancellations (on bookings up to 14 nights) or to shorten their stay/booking, this is to avoid any charges. If the guest would like to extend their stay we require 7 days notice if possible, this subject to availability. No.8 Waterloo Street Apartments will always do their best to accommodate.

Example, if the guest is checking in 17th September and gives notice on the 12th September then that is 6 days notice that has been given and this will incurr a 2 nights cancellation charge

To cancel a booking over 14 nights , 7 days notice is required if the gest is checking in 17th September and gives notice 12th September a cancellation charge of 7 nights will be incurred
