The area is nestled between Andheri and Borivali, making it very much close to the two major residential districts in the city. Goregaon district is easily accessible and well-connected to other parts of the city through the Western Express Highway and Link Road.

Goregaon Railway Station is the main transport hub in the area. Currently, the station has five platforms, many of which offer regular services to Andheri and central Mumbai. The next largest transport project for Goregaon will be the GMLR ( Goregaon Mulund Link Road ) which will be a 5km underground road consisting of two tunnels each having three lanes. This road will link Goregaon to Bhandup.

The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is 14 KM from the district of Goregaon, while Chhatrapati Shivaji Railway Station is 20 KM away.
