Getting around in Kandivali

Located on the Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway, Kandivali railway station connects the district to Mumbai’s most important business districts.Poisar Bus Depot, one of the oldest in the city, is situated on the SV Road, in the Western part of the neighbourhood. In the near future, two of Mumbai’s Metro line pass through the district.

Road connectivity is provided by the Western Urban Road, which goes through Ashok Nagar, Thakur Village, Thakur Complex, Hanuman Nagar, Damu Nagar and Samata Nagar. There are several companies which offer rent-a-car services, but you must have the appropriate documentation before you can hire.
