Our property is located in Port Tennant which is just outside Swansea City Centre. Here you will find plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants so there is plenty to do during your stay. You will also find Swansea Marina with more bars and restaurants and the Liberty Stadium - home of Swansea FC just a short drive away.
You will find free parking on the street right outside and the property is easily accessible from the A483. It is just a short stroll to the main bus routes or a short taxi journey will take you right into Swansea City Centre.

Welcome to our listing of Fawr Place, a newly refurbished 4 bed house in Swansea, close to Swansea Docks and Swansea University.
The lounge area can comfortably seat up to 4 guests is beautifully furnished and includes a smart TV complete with complimentary Netflix. We also provide complimentary super fast & reliable wifi.
The 4 double bedrooms have small double beds and plenty of storage space.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make it a home away from home including a washing machine and dishwasher.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
