This 25-sqm apartment is located on the ground level The backyard is private use for your stay and has a 6-seat table and BBQ grill. There is a side gate that is also used for access to a cottage in the far corner of the backyard. This cottage is NOT attached to the house and is private. You have a backdoor leading to the backyard but you also can access from the side gate.

The studio apartment has a living/sleeping area with a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. There is The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is no clothes washer but there is a laundromat nearby. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are also at your disposal.

The studio sleeping area faces the patio/lawn and is furnished with a queen size bed. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as luxury bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink.. A hair dryer is provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
