Local bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within a ten minute walking distance. Blyth is also perfect in location for the upcoming Gigafactory development with it's ideal commuter links to the A19 and A1. There is also free on street parking.

The living and dining area features two comfy sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table. Fully equipped with modern appliances and cookware, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals.
There are four double bedrooms and one single bedroom in the property. You’ll find one double bedroom and a shower room on the ground floor. The rest of the bedrooms are located on the first floor alongside the bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
