This beautiful three bedroom apartment on the Palm Jumeriah is exquisite with its elegant Venetian mirrored furniture, mixed with luxurious velvet, suede and stylish lighting features. The apartment is very spacious and flows out to a lovely outside terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and ponder your day of adventure in Dubai. The kitchen is semi open making it easy to stay connected to your loved ones when you are cooking your daily meals and you will find everything you will need it in. In the living/dining area there is an elegant dining table that seats six and creative mirrors and artwork adorning the walls. The lounge and chaise are the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of your busy day in front of the big screen smart TV. In the bedrooms you will find a Queen bed in the master, Double bed in the second bedroom and Single bed in the third bedroom, all fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft. The bathrooms also feature luxurious fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities. The apartment also features swimming pool and gymnasium access, but please note they are in another building complex a five to ten minute walk away. There is one private on site car parking bay with the apartment. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
