This two bedroom apartment in Jumeriah Lakes Towers is incredibly spacious and very bright featuring floor to ceiling windows in the living area with fabulous views over to the Marina and beyond. Featuring rich golden oak wood paneling and furniture to match we know you will love making this your home whilst you are away. The kitchen is very spacious and features double wall bench tops and is packed with all the appliances you may need to make your daily meals at home. The kitchen also has high bar stools at the bench and a separate sofa & laundry area at one end. In the combined living/dining area there is a ginormous L shaped lounge and big screen smart TV making it the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day. There is also a formal dining table for 6 and a balcony with chair with impressive views over the community and Marina in the background. The bedrooms both have large Queen beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft and ample wardrobe space. In the bathrooms you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling fresh all day. The building also features a swimming pool, gymnasium and one private on site car park. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
