The house is located within a private gated community consisting of only four houses and offers unrivalled privacy.
The accommodation consists of; a spacious entrance hall with W.C, a large living room at the front of the house, a spacious dining area towards the back of the house with a very high spec bespoke kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 double bedrooms, all of which boast built-in wardrobes and on of which features an en-suite, a single bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and a very high spec family bathroom.
At the lower ground floor level you find another spacious living area, utility room featuring CCTV and a bathroom.
