Cancellation Policy

Short stay (up to 7 nights)
Free cancellation if communicated more than 48 hours before the day of arrival
40% of the total reservation to be paid in the event of cancellation communicated less than 48 before arrival
100% in case of no-show: the total amount of the reservation must be paid

Long stay (more than 7 nights)
Cancellation before arrival: payment of a monthly payment
Cancellation during the stay (possible only after the first 30 nights): 30 days notice
