Entering upon the property an entrance hallway with doors off it leading to the living room and bedrooms further down the corridor you will reach the bathrooms and kitchen.  So all rooms are off the main corridor.

The 1st bathroom has a bath with shower and the second bathroom has a shower. The water closet is separate. 

The very quiet master bedroom has a Queen size bed and French window (the beds don't convert to singles) . The second bedroom has a King (which can convert to 2 singles) and a large built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has either a Queen or 2 single beds.

The apartment is a haven of modern and comfortable furnishings with all the appliances you could wish for yourself. Flat screen 43 inch TV in the living room, high speed internet, i-pod BW Zeppelin cradle with remote control, washing machine and separate dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning and all other amenities. 

The ultra modern kitchen has a wonderful dining area and a great view to the sunset.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
