Atelier Design is a two bedroom property, spread out over two floors, featuring minimalist architecture and industrial touches.This bespoke home is located down a private cobblestone street. The street is closed in the evening and secured with fob access. There is a video interphone for visitors.
As you arrive at the home, you are greeted by the private door secured with a video interphone. Once inside, you will find the lofted living area complete with a sofa, a fireplace and a projector. On the lower level is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, porcelain dinnerware and an open dining area for 8 guests. The dining area can be transformed into an office space with Sonos speakers and computer ports. The kitchen plan is also optimal for a reception or cooking demonstration.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and features automatic shades and a hidden vanity with sink and mirror next to the bed. The second bedroom is located past the living area and has a king bed, desk, and en suite shower with a WC located separately in the bedroom. Two twin beds can be made up in this room upon request. There is a main bathroom located off the hall which features a double vanity, deep bathtub and a separate shower and bathtub. Multiple closets can be found in the entry hall for guests to fully unpack and there is a storage area next to the kitchen on the lower level.

- Please note this home is available for 30 night stays minimum for work, study, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- a) Cancellations prior to Arrival & Non-Arrivals: If a booking is cancelled 15 nights or more prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the arrival date, 14 nights rent will be charged.
- b) Change of Dates: Subject to availability: If a change of dates is requested 15 nights or more prior to arrival, and home is available, there will not be any charge of fee applied.
Subject to availability: If a change of dates is requested within 14 nights of arrival, and home is available, there will be a fee applied equal to Lesser of 1) 14 nights rent or 2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
- c) Cancellation after Check-In / Shortened Stay: Notice of 14 nights required.
