In the heart of the Marais, this jewel is bathed in light and quiet as can be. Located right on the hippest street of the Marais, rue des Francs Bourgeois, this 3 bedroom apartment is less than one block off the fashionably chic Place des Vosges.

This 120m2 apartment is located near the line 1 metro and Paris' best shopping and restaurant scene. Located in a recently renovated building with elevator, guests will love the spacious interior and large kitchen.
Guests enter onto a hallway and entryway that gives off to the kitchen and living room on one side and the master bedroom on the other. There is a guest WC in the entry way and a washer and dryer in the hallway leading to the two other bedrooms.

The living room has a comfortable couch and two arm chairs. There is also a large dining table for up to six people. The modern kitchen overlooks the living room and features all the amenities including a wine fridge.

The master bedroom off of the entry hall has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The first guest room is across from the laundry room and has another queen bed and lots of storage space. There is a bathroom further down the hall with a WC and shower/bathtub. At the end of the hall is a third bedroom with sliding doors and two twin beds.

Things to know:

- The bedroom with twin beds has a sliding door separating it from the hallway.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
