This top floor penthouse (two levels) apartment is located on 8th floor.On the first level, there is the entrance, living room and kitchen. On the second level, there are the two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the other with a Queen size bed. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony with stunning views of Paris. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a simple breakfast to a nice Parisian dinner. The open living and dining area has a large panoramic view of Paris. With the large dinning table that can seat up to six guests, one can have a great meal while enjoying the view of Paris.

From Living room enjoy Panoramic view of the Montparnasse Tower, Eiffel Tower, Invalides and the West Parisian rooftops. There is a large terrace with tables and chairs as well as long balcony with views of the St Sulpice church, Notre Dame church, St Germain des Pres church and the East Parisian rooftops.

This delightful apartment proposes a St-Germain-des-Prés stay within easy access to sites of interest, restaurants, and shopping, but with the authenticity of a residential neighborhood. You are mere steps from the lush Luxembourg Garden and only a short walk to the St-Sulpice church and Montparnasse Cemetery. Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
