Our 31sqm 1 bedroom apartment designed by architect and fully renewed. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor by the stairs and overlooks a quiet inner courtyard. The entrance open leads you to a nice living room with 2 windows, an open fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, cooking stoves, coffee maker, toaster, boiler + all kitchenware), a dining table and a convertible sofabed that can sleep 1 person, and cupboards in the entrance with the washing machine.
The bedroom with 1 window is equipped with a brand new double convertible sofabed, large dressing cupboard and a TV corner (not on the pictures as not yet installed when they were taken).
The brand new modern bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, sink, and toilets.
The apartment is facilitated with Internet TV and WiFi. All the necessary to feel home instantly.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
