This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment is located on Rue de l'Université and is an exceptional property with fine furnishings, antiques and works of art. The beautiful hardwood floors and Carrara marble bathroom compliment the beautiful décor of this wonderful apartment.
There is a Queen size bed in the main bedroom with French doors opening to a large terrace with magnificent views of the Eiffel Tower and the Paris rooftops. The second smaller bedroom has a French style day bed with a special mechanism that opens into a king size bed or twin beds. When the bed is opened it takes up much of the space of the room so it will need to be returned to its day bed status to access the large closet in the room.
The living room has French doors on each end that open on to the terraces which are both furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the spectacular views over Paris. There is a large Plasma television with a selection of English channels and there is also a quality Queen size leather sofa bed available to use although the apartment is restricted to a maximum 3 people.
This is without doubt a beautiful apartment with quality furnishings, fixtures and fittings that will impress the most discerning of clients.

The Eiffel Terrace apartment is located in the historical centre of Paris in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. It is situated next to the Eiffel Tower and within close walking distance to the Musee d'Orsay, les Invalides and the Rodin Museum and is just one block from the river.
The famous Rue Cler markets are just a few minutes walk away and there is an abundance of cafés and restaurants close by.

- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
