Located on a historic rue du Marais known for its workshops and art galleries and for being home to one of the oldest houses in Paris.

Refurbished and decorated by a team of interior designers with quality materials, the 40m2 apartment includes an open kitchen (dishes, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, hob, toaster, oven), a shower room (soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, towel dryer) and a toilet...but it also includes a dining room with a table for 4 people where you can breakfast, lunch, dinner, work or simply organize your stay.

The bedding is of hotel quality, a queen size double bed (160x200) in the master bedroom and a double sofa bed (160x200) in the living room, to offer you relaxing nights. Duvets, sheets, cushions, large and small towels. The apartment has free and ultra-fast wifi thanks to Fiber and is equipped with Smart TV. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. The temperature of the apartment is pleasant thanks to its old stone walls that offer optimal natural insulation. Fans are available to cool the apartment in case of high heat.

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
