This cleverly designed 2 bedroom loft is situated in the heart of Paris in the 2nd arrondissement in the Montorgueil area which is known for its cafes, bars, boutiques and upmarket nightlife.
It is situated on the first French floor of the building, accessed by an elevator, overlooking the courtyard. It can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms with a 160cm queen bed each. One of the bedrooms overlooks the living room with an open spacious feel, while the second bedroom is on the lower level of the apartment, leading off from the living room, and has its own ensuite. The second bathroom is accessible from the corridor at the entrance to the apartment. Both bathrooms include a shower and toilet.
The quirky living room features modern furniture, cable TV, a sofa, as well as a dining table for 4. The kitchen is well-equipped for guests wishing to spend the evening dining at home in their apartment. All the conveniences are at your fingertips including a modern stove, ample counter space for food preparation, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine and of course, a dishwasher makes cleaning a breeze.
