Very beautiful stone farmhouse, semi-independent (not overlooked - adjoining wall) on fenced land (3000 m²) in the countryside in the heart of the Alpilles. You will enjoy the magnificent swimming pool (4x10 m with heat pump - accessible from 15.05 to 1.10) with a view of the olive trees and the garden with local species. Land enclosed by an automatic gate. Shaded by a plane tree, the entrance to the south opens on the ground floor to a large day room with a relaxation area (sofa and armchairs) and the dining area. Kitchen opening onto the west terrace with its garden furniture, fully integrated and benefiting from top-of-the-range equipment (oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, small household appliances). Living room/bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and flat screen television. Shower room/wc. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (160x200) and 2 with 2 single beds (90x200 - twin). Each has its own private bathroom: a magnificent bathroom with free-standing bath, a large bathroom with Italian shower, a small bathroom for bedroom 3. Wc in each bathroom.
