The property has a laundry room on the ground floor, a beautiful brand new fitted large kitchen, open space lounge and storage space on the first and second floor. The first floor comprises of the first bedroom and its ensuite bathroom. The loft has the second bedroom and ensuite bathroom with lovely Skyline windows letting in natural light and ventilation when opened. Both bedrooms each have 2 big comfy single beds that can be zipped and linked to make 2 Super King size bed on request.

The property has access to a communal garden which offers every guest a chance to enjoy the open space. The spacious open plan living room has a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix and the kitchen has integrated appliances.

This apartment is cleaned and disinfected after check out.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
