Bright 1 bedroom apartment renewed end of 2016, located in a typical Parisian Haussmannien style building, on 6th and last floor with lift. It offers very brights rooms, attic ceilings and typical charm with its “porthole” windows, it has hardwood floor and is particularly quiet. The living room is equipped with a TV corner, a new sofa that can be converted into a double bed at night, dining table. The open kitchen has gas cookers, microwave, fridge, washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, sink, towel dryer, and toilets. In the bedroom a double bed and a large wall built in closet, very convenient offering a lot of storage.
All linen for bedding and bathroom are provided, as well as kitchenware. Optical fiber Wifi and internet TV are included. All the necessary to make you feel at home instantly
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
