Many different species of birds come to refresh themselves near the ornamental pool and waterfall made using rocks from the forest of Fontainebleau.

This 65 square meters elegant apartment is at the third French floor via stairs. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with an American kitchen. It is suitable for 4 people. It has been completely renovated a couple of years ago and furnished by elegant antique Italian furnishing. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a queen size bed, and the second bedroom with two single beds; 2 bathrooms: one with tub, washbasin, WC and bidet, and the second one with shower cabin, washbasin, WC and bidet. The living room is furnished by sofas and armchairs, a dining table and minor furniture. One sofa is convertible in a double bed that can accommodate one person or two children for a short rental.
The open kitchen is equipped with electric ceramic contact grills, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher.
The apartment provides also wifi Internet access and cable TV
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
