This apartment has a large living room with two windows overlooking the courtyard of the building. The living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchen. In the same ambiance, there is a telephone and a cable tv/satellite with LED. The flat is large and spacious the bedroom has a double bed and a window. The nice bathroom is fully equipped with bath towels and hairdryer. The flat provides a wi-fi connection. Closest metro stations are Republique (line 8 9 5 11 3) and Temple (line 3) which is just on your door steps.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
