It’s not every day you come across an apartment this bold and unique. In both its unconventional layout and its offbeat aesthetic, this one-bedroom loft-style home is one to remember – and its location on a bustling street in the exciting 10th arrondissement only adds to its allure.
LIVING ROOM A sumptuous grey velvet sofa acts as the main focal point of this room – but it gets some competition from the bespoke light fitting it sits under, with its scraps of paper extending out from the centre. Sit at the breakfast bar extending from the adjacent kitchen, or sift through a book from the salmon-coloured bookshelf.
KITCHEN Move past the pink bookshelf and come to the striking black kitchen – the playful juxtaposition feels right at home here. Spacious and minimalist in aesthetic, its dark features make it feel futuristic while remaining functional.
DINING ROOM Descend a few steps and come into an airy space with soaring ceilings and plenty of personality. One wall displays the familiar salmon hue, injecting colour and charm into the space; the entire opposite wall is covered by a floor-to-ceiling shelf system, displaying books and colourful trinkets. In front of that sits the farmhouse-style timber dining table, perfect for dining, entertaining or working under the wall-mounted lamp.
