Upon entering the apartment you'll notice the sense of space is fantastic and it is light, bright and airy due to the vaulted full height ceiling.  The glazed front door leads into the kitchen/dining area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen featuring integrated dishwasher and washing machine in addition to a full-size fridge freezer.  

To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom with a fully enclosed shower, sink, and W.C.

Through the kitchen, you'll find the beautifully appointed lounge/sitting room. This is a cozy 'snug' and in a more private position.  With plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV, it's a lovely spot for you to relax and unwind with family and friends.

The mezzanine stairs lead to the open plan twin bedroom with full height ceilings.  We do at this point have to point out the mezzanine steps are not a traditional full-size staircase but 'space saver stairs'. These are steeper than usual stairs but much easier and safer to use than a ladder - please see our photos for more details.  We do suspect the stairs are likely to be an attraction for any budding Spiderman so we recommend this apartment only for children over 12.

Once on the mezzanine, there is plenty of space for you to relax and get a good night's sleep.

Distances to nearby places:
   just 1.9 miles on bus or driving, 1.6 miles if walking. There is a regular bus service, every 
   5 minutes during a weekday
   0.8 miles if driving, 0.6 miles by foot. Regular buses.
  Trains run  regularly from Stockport station (5-minute intervals during a weekday) and 
   reach the city in 10 minutes
  Buses run regularly to the airport, which is 7 miles away. By road, you can reach the 
  airport within 13 minutes outside of rush hour.
  The apartments are conveniently located close to junction 1 and junction 27 of the 
  M60, just a few minutes drive to access this orbital motorway.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
