We had a good stay in the serviced apartment overall. It felt like a home away from home, and the location was excellent, with Island Gardens within walking distance, making it easy to access all the major places. However, there were a few issues. Despite requesting a fan multiple times before our arrival, it was not available when we checked in around 1:00 AM after a long flight. As a result, we were unable to sleep properly that night. The fan was provided only the next day after several follow-up requests. Additionally, we stayed for two weeks, but no housekeeping or cleaning service was provided during our entire stay. While we enjoyed the apartment and its convenient location, improving these aspects would make the experience much better for future guests.
