- It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedrooms are perfect for a great night’ sleep and have a desk for studying or working from home.
- The patio area is furnished with fairy lights, BBQ and stylish, eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time.
- The flat is located on the lower ground floor, the flight of stairs typically leads down from the ground level to the lower ground level, giving you easy access to this beautiful space.
- For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer in the kitchen tucked into a built-in cupboard in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use.

- You will have private access to the entire property.
- Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 4 pm, but please be mindful of noise after 11 pm.
- The garden is private, fully fenced and secure. It’s accessed via the kitchen and master bedroom.
- We live nearby if you should need us, but otherwise you will be left to feel at home.
- There is no daytime parking outside the property.
- You can park on the street overnight after 6:30pm on Monday - Friday until 8:30 am next day; on Saturday you can park after 6:30pm and Sunday parking is free all day.
- Remember, parking restrictions start from Monday 8am again.
- We certainly love to make sure your stay is as smooth as possible.
- In order to do this, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately after making the reservation of your arrival and departure times.
