Cancellation Policy

Kindly be advised of our cancellation policies:

 Short term lets (7- 29 nights) is seven days. Should cancellation not be processed by 12pm London time of one week prior arrival, 100% of the total amount will be levied.

 Short term lets (30- 89 nights) is fifteen days. Should cancellation not be processed by 12pm London time of 15 days prior arrival, 100% of the total amount will be levied.

 Long term lets (for a minimum of 90 nights) is of 30 days. Should cancellation not be processed by 12pm London time of 30 days prior arrival, one full month charge will be applied.
