All apartments feature a separate fully fitted kitchen & living area, a, 400 mbps Wifi, a 50 inch Smart TV, a washer/dryer and a balcony. The kitchens have a full fridge freezer and a full-size dishwasher. The living areas have a dining table with six chairs, a 3-seat sofa, a 2-seat sofa-bed and a coffee table. The main bathrooms feature a shower over bath.  There are zip & link beds in the master and second bedrooms (king doubles or twin singles) and a single bed or twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.  Other features include bedside tables with reading lamps. Flooring: tiles in the bathrooms & kitchen with carpet everywhere else.

-The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are 85.8 square metres (923 square feet) excluding the balcony which is 1.5 sqm

The master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The balcony is accessible only via the master bedroom. The ground floor houses the living room, kitchen study and a small loo with a sink. The first floor has all three bedrooms & 2 other bathrooms. There’s an office desk & chair in the study.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
