There are two bedrooms, both maintaining this trendy and modern vibe in its throws and selection of decor. The main bedroom features both an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and can also be used as a quiet nook to enjoy your favourite book. Both bedrooms lead to the balcony. There is also an additional bathroom which can be accessed from the hallway. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
Cancellation Policy
“Please note that this apartment/house is up for sale and as such the supplier has the right to show the property to prospective buyers.
The apartment/house must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge every morning at 10 am, except Sundays and the day of the check out. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4 pm or on Sundays.
We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes.
The client will not have to leave the house for viewings.
20£ per person voucher for a breakfast/lunch/dinner on the viewing day if the client decides to leave the house.
14 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.
This is for 1-27 nights bookings in order to avoid charges.
28 days' notice is required to cancel your bookings prior to arrival.
This is for 28+ nights bookings in order to avoid charges.
For guests in the house, cancellation is usually not accepted unless for specific situations.
For guests in the house, extensions are subject to availability.
All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.”
