There is no balcony, but there is a garden where you can enjoy the sunny days. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a bookingsystem.
The apartment is located in an older building with a small elevator, so it's easy to get on 6th floor. This also means that you have a lovely view over the Viby J. and the lake in Brabrand to one side and on the other side you have a great view of Aarhus city. There is easy access to the city with the busses and the tram (Letbanen) right next to the buildings. Grocery shopping is also very close by - only a short walk away.
