The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment block on the very edge of the city.  There is a lift.  You'll realise as you enter the apartment it's a really light and bright space with lots of room for you and your group to spread out.  The master bedroom is to the right off the hallway featuring double bed and en suite bathroom.  The next bedroom is again a double and has plenty of storage space.  To the left off the hall is the large family bathroom featuring bath tub with overhead shower, sink and WC.  Through to the large kitchen/diner and lounge.   The fully fitted and equipped kitchen means you can prepare everything from a 3 course dinner to light refreshments.  Dining area seating 6 people and then on to the lounge section featuring an L shaped sofa-bed and large flat-screen smart TV.  An extra bonus is the balcony with patio furniture and views over the Liverpool skyline and waterfront.  You can see as far as the Wirral Peninsular and onto the Irish Sea on a clear day.  Sit out on the balcony for your morning coffee or late evening glass of wine.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
