Located at rue Saint-André des Arts , Close to metro Odeon, Boulevard Saint Germain is at the end of the street. Cafés, shops, restaurants, cinemas and galleries are close by. Wonderful little streets like rue de Buci are just steps away.

Situated on the 4th European floor (5th US) with an elevator, this 45 m2 apartment has a cozy French style and is filled with furnishings and charm that feel comfortable and homey.

Walk into the apartment and the hallway wraps around from the kitchen to the living room to the bedroom to the bathroom, down the hallway is a small living room which has a white couch and a beautiful coral pink day bed, brand new and comfortable for sleeping. There is also a desk which can be extended to make a dining table or collapsed to make more space in the room. A TV and chair add extra comfort and a fireplace adds to the charm of the room.

On the far left the kitchen is oblong with a window over a wonderful and lively street below. You’ll find everything you need here to make meals: stove, microwave, toaster oven, and a dining table for two.

The next room off the hallway is the bedroom with a double bed. The shape of the room is unusual and charming. There is also a good-sized closet and a second fireplace.

The remodeled bathroom, at the end of the hallway, is equipped with an Italian shower, sink and heating rack.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés has it all: location, buzz, romance, a bohemian past, luxury shopping, art galleries, as well as famous monuments, historic churches and of course its iconic cafes, where intellectuals like Sartre and Hemingway used to hang out back in the day. Perhaps best of all is its access to the Luxembourg Gardens, Paris's best-loved park and a great place to relax in between hectic sightseeing.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
