Originally a 19th Century Industrial Printing House built by Gustav Eiffel, the Loft has been transformed into an exclusive, contemporary loft space, offering a warm atmosphere and modern facilities for professional or residential use. Designed to be modular according to differing requirements, the property offers diverse spaces that can be adapted according to needs, including two lounge areas, a kitchen with a mobile island that can be moved if required, floating passageways and up to 4 double bedrooms that can be made up on request.
Located in Quartier Montorgueil, a surprisingly calm haven right in centre of Paris and only a short walk from the Louvre, the Marais and many other popular sites. The Loft comprises 330m2 of open, modular space on 3 levels. Equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth modular sleeping area also with a queen bed, it sleeps up to 8 people. There are 2 shower rooms, a master en suite bathroom with rain-shower and sunken bath and a powder room. Hairdryers and bathrobes are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped – the laundry room includes a washer/dryer as well as iron and ironing board. Babies are not forgotten as we provide a high chair and a cribb too.

The Loft offers a terrace overlooking the private courtyard and has access to a charming and well preserved 19th Century paved passageway providing a smoking area (if required) and second access for deliveries. The Loft has a relaxation room on the lower level, including a sauna, a hydro-jet massage shower and multi-gym. The Loft is situated in the Quartier Montorgueil - a lively pedestrianized quarter that is still authentically Parisian, yet little known by tourists.
Access to Loft factory's Concierge who is available from reservation to arrange car service and additional support as required (business support, private chef, well-being services, excursions etc.)
The monthly rates are all inclusive (all amenities, charges, ongoing supply of floral decorations and kitchen and bathroom supplies - see below for details). Weekly cleaning is also included (there are cleaning services available so we can offer more cleaning if desired). As the property has a mixed status (offering both residential and commercial usage) I can also offer à la carte rates for events.

In addition to being a truly stunning and memorable space, this apartment is ideally located in the centre of Paris. Sentier Station is a short walk away, and gives people staying here great access to this wonderful city. Gare de l'Est is a bigger station that connects people to the rest of France via train.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
