Very nice furnished and fully equipped apartment of about 150sqm, located Quai du Louvre (1st arrondissement of Paris) in a luxury Parisian building, on the 3rd floor with elevator. Available for short-term stay, from 1 to 2 months only.
The apartment offers stunning views of the Seine and the Pont Neuf and is composed of a large living room, 4 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, two shower rooms, one with WC and a separate WC.
Heating in this apartment is individual gas.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
