The apartment is situated on the 2nd French floor of an 18th century Parisan building. The building is equipped with an intercom, and a security code. The windows in the apartment are double glazed which provides a very peaceful atmosphere.
The 70m2 duplex apartment offers 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.60m), 2 bedside tables, parquet. and plenty of storage, the windows overlook a private courtyard. The second bedroom is contiguous to bathroom 2, equipped with a double bed, a desk, wooden floors. the bed is on a mezzanine where it is impossible to stand. The living room is very well decorated and very bright, it contains a dining area for 4 people, a sofa, a television and a decorative fireplace, and wooden floors. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped offering a breakfast table for 2 people, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an extractor hood, ceramic hobs, an oven / microwave, a washing machine. washing (with dryer), a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster etc. The apartment offers 2 bathrooms, where bathroom one contains a sink, a bathtub, the second bedroom is contiguous to bedroom 2, and is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.
